Don’t forget this weekend our clocks move forward one hour! If you want to be on time for church make sure to plan ahead. Here are a few ways you can make sure you are ready for a shorter night of sleep.
First, go to bed an hour earlier. Saturdays can be busy and it is easy to lose track of time, but if you plan to go to bed early it will make getting up early tomorrow much easier.
Secondly, start setting your clocks ahead now. Don’t wait for tomorrow to change your clocks. This can help your brain to begin adjusting to the new time.
Finally, prepare for tomorrow this evening. Doing simple tasks like preparing a quick breakfast or laying out clothes can make the frustration of losing an hour of sleep much easier to handle. Whatever you do, make plans to be up bright and early tomorrow to join us for worship!
